Health 2.0 User Challenge

I launched my own personal Health 2.0 'user challenge' a few months ago. I've been documenting my experiences. Now would be a good time to confess that I've fallen off the wagon. Here are some of the obstacles I have faced: uncooperative weather, traveling in October, a relationship breakup, and major changes at work. I've heard it takes three weeks to turn a behavior into habit. I think it's also true that it takes three weeks to forget you were ever trying to improve your behavior in the first place.
